I was able to download the item, but when I tried to import it I received a message saying it had been created in a later version of Sketchup than mine (2017) and that to complete the procedure I would have to upgrade to the current version - i.e. Reportedly it involves logging into 33 with an up to date browser using Trimble id and password, and downloading the desired warehouse item then importing the item into your Sketchup 2017 model.
